How to Join the League

The ABNER DOUBLEDAY softball league is open to members of the U.S. Patent

Office.  The league consists of twelve teams and cannot accommodate more due to

a lack of field availability.  The league allows teams from the previous season the

first chance to continue participation in the league the following year.  If there is an

opening for a team, the team at the top of the wait list is awarded the open slot.  To

have your team added to the wait list, please contact Robert Hodge via email.  For

individual players, there is a list associated with this site where a player may be

added to the list and any team that does not have a full roster may contact these

players to join their respective teams.  To have your name added to the site list,

please contact Robert Hodge via email robert.hodge@uspto.gov.  For the 2009

season, the list will be updated until June 15, 2009.
