Come sweep away the competition at curling night. Come to learn to curl night at Solar4America where you will learn to curl like those Olympians that you see on TV. The lessons provide basic instructions about the rules and techniques of curling, and finishes the night with a match.
You will learn how to sweep, set-up, push off, and properly release your stones. Before you get started you should know that every person throws 2 stones per end and there are 8 ends in a match, the goal is to land your stones in the house so they can be scored. Every person is also expected to sweep, so when you are not throwing the stone two members of your team are sweeping to speed up the stone (if necessary). Food and drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) are available for purchase.
