PTOS Members Night

Tex-Mex Style

Wednesday, February 7th, 2018

5:00-8:00PM in the Madison Auditorium

Casino Play Provided by Ante-up Entertainment.  Please Bring a Food Donation for Casino Play* – Food will be taken to a local food Bank

Must be a PTOS member to attend, Bring your PTOS ID with barcode for fast entrance (otherwise USPTO Badge or Driver’s License).  If you would like to join the night of the event, membership forms will be available at the door, a completed membership form will permit entrance into the event.

Every member that attends will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win prizes.  Or increase your chances of winning raffled prizes with casino play. Must be present to win.

Appetizers 5:00pm

Southwestern Chicken Egg Roll served with Chipotle sour cream, Queso Dip served with Tortilla Chips & Salsa, Roasted Vegetable Display served with Ranchero dipping sauce, Tater Tots served with sour cream, chives, bacon, and hot sauce.

Entrees 6:00pm

St. Louis slow roasted BBQ Pork Ribs, Beef Brisket served with buns and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce on the side, Fajita Beef and Chicken served with soft tortilla shells, sautéed peppers, Pico de Gallo, and sour cream, Homemade Coleslaw (vegetarian), Baked Beans (vegetarian), Traditional Mac & Cheese (vegetarian), Southwestern Vegetable Medley (vegetarian)
