• On your desktop, click the Nortel Networks PC Client icon.  This opens the Nortel Multimedia PC Client window.

• To enter the conference from the Nortel Multimedia PC Client, dial: 24400 
To dial the above number, you may enter it from your keyboard or select the numbers from the Key Pad on the screen using your mouse.  Click the Call button.
* If you are calling from an outside number, you will need to dial the full 10-digit number and include the area code and exchange, i.e. 571-272-4400
        
• Follow the instructions of the operator and enter the access code 571-272-7233 when prompted

• The meetme1/Video Conversation window will appear. Participants should select the Share Tab from this window.
 
• Click the Open option in the window

• Chat room name is MadNorth; you can ask questions through the chat room.
