  (Regular ticket price - $30)
  *Tickets must be reserved and paid for by 3:30pm on     Wednesday, Decemeber 4, 2013*

Includes: Concert Performance and post-concert wine and cheese     reception

**If paying by cash/check (made out to PTOS), you must drop your payment off by 3:30pm on Wednesday, December 4th to Pamela Rinehart (MDW 7 B 75) in order to receive your ticket(s).
Ticket(s) will be at the Spectrum Theatre will-call the day of the event under the person's name on the PTOS reservation.
