Please Bring a Food Donation for Casino Play* - Food will be taken to a local food Bank
 
Must be a PTOS member to Participate, Photo ID is required for Entrance (i.e. USPTO Badge or Driver's License). 
If you would like to join the night of the event, membership forms will be available, a completed membership form will permit entrance into the event.
 
Every member that attends will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win prizes.  Or increase your chances of winning raffled prizes with casino play. Must be present to win.
