Cost: Final price TBD (estimated at $1,200pp) including:
• All meals and snacks
• Unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic domestic beverages
• Non-motorized water sports
• Daily activities
• Taxes and Gratuities
Pricing: Varies. Sample pricing and required deposit amount are as follows:
• Resort only (single occupancy) - $1180 ($50 deposit)
• Package with air from IAD, single occupancy-$1508.58 ($200 deposit)
• Package with nonstop air from BWI, single occupancy- $1585.53 ($50 deposit)
• Resort only (double occupancy) - $815.65pp ($100 deposit)
• Package with air from IAD, double occupancy-$1185.44pp ($400 deposit)
• Package with nonstop air from BWI, double occupancy-$1245.03pp ($100 deposit)
The reservation and final price of your trip is locked in once initial deposit is made and cannot be changed thereafter. The prices do not include insurance or transfers. The deposits are per reservation not per person. The resort comes with up to $2000 resort coupons.
Travel: Airfare discounts are available with our group to/from the airport of your choice, although the inclusion of airfare in your reservation is optional. Hotel transfers are also optional although local taxicab fares are generally less expensive.
Deposit Schedule: 5 September 2014 or sooner (depending on your specific package)
12 September 2014 (balance)
Travel Insurance and Cancellation Policies: Optional for all travelers, just $119.99 per reservation (can be added to reservation cost). Cancellation policy provided upon request.
