Join us with Bob Bahr! Bob will discuss his career at the USPTO and in the private sector. He previously served as the Deputy Commissioner for Patent Examination Policy at the USPTO, and is currently a Partner at Maier & Maier PLLC, where he specializes in all areas of patent practice, including post-issuance proceedings at the USPTO, advising attorneys and clients on complex patent prosecution matters, patent litigation strategy, and USPTO patent policy, practice and procedure.
