Rick works broadly across UnitedHealth Group’s strategic initiatives—machine learning, genomics, blockchain, IoT, and cybersecurity—to reach Optum’s goals of helping people live healthier lives and making healthcare work better. Rick has spoken in over 35 countries on innovation, IP management, and emerging technologies, and today, he shares thoughts and perspectives on how we can each become more innovative in our professional and personal lives.
