Title: Invitation to Judge Online for the K-12 Invention Convention 2020 U.S. Nationals Competition!

Invitation to Judge Online for the K-12 Invention Convention 2020 U.S. Nationals Competition!

Volunteer as a judge!  Invention Convention (www.inventionconvention.org) is the largest in-school K-12 student invention education program in the U.S.  The 2020 Coronavirus epidemic has stranded thousands of our young K-12 student inventors before they could present their inventions to in-person judges around the nation.  In response, the Invention Convention 2020 U.S. Nationals presented by Raytheon Technologies is now being hosted online and Invention Convention Worldwide is recruiting educated and passionate volunteers with a background in inventing to serve as online judges for the competition.

Judges are asked to watch, review, score and give feedback to K-12 student inventors from across the country by reviewing their uploaded video presentations online. The students are not only inspiring and thoughtful in the problems they have solved but are eager to share their prototypes and the invention process they followed with the judges, each of whom will bring their own professional lens to their evaluations and comments.

Invention Convention Worldwide needs nearly 1,000 judges to react to this sudden displaced need for judging online.  Please consider being an online judge for the Invention Convention 2020 U.S. Nationals presented by Raytheon Technologies – Invention Convention Worldwide truly couldn’t do it without volunteers like you!
