     Title: Two PTOS CLEs

Boo! We have a scary good deal for you! Not one, but TWO!

PTOS Education Committee presents:

CLE #1 – Rescue Doctrines, presented by Ryan Pool

October 12, 2022 from 3-4pm ET

Mr. Pool is a Partner at MWZB who specializes in chemical and life sciences patent prosecution. The current presentation will be based on a collection of his recent academic works.

CLE #2 – NFTs, Trademarks, and the First Amendment, presented by Andrew Michaels

October 26, 2022 from 3-4pm ET

Professor Michaels is an Assistant Professor of Law at University of Houston Law Center.  He teaches and writes in the area of intellectual property law.

To login to and/or register early for each CLE, please click the links above.  The links are different.  So, to register for both CLEs, you’ll need to click each link.  You’re also welcome to only register for one or the other.

One hour of CLE credit from the Virginia State Bar has been applied for each CLE.  The Certificates of Attendance will be distributed after we receive approval.
