     Title: 2017 PTOS Call for Nominations

The Patent and Trademark Office Society Election Committee will be accepting nominations for candidates seeking to serve on the BOARD OF DIRECTORS as an officer or a representative.

Nominating petitions will be available and accepted by the Election Committee from November 28 – December 15, 2016

Nominations will be accepted for the following positions:

President

Vice President

Secretary

Administrator

Treasurer

Technology Center Representatives: Two (2) from each TC (1600, 1700/2900, 2100, 2400, 2600, 2800, 3600, 3700) for a total of sixteen (16)

At-large Representatives – 10

CFO/CAO/CIO/OPIM Representative – 1

PTAB Representative – 1

Trademarks Representatives – 2

Director’s Office/OGC/Policy and International Affairs – 1

OPLA/OPQA/All others not specified - 1

Interested parties should visit the Election Committee section of the P.T.O.S. website

(http://www.ptos.org/committees/election/2017_election.html) to obtain a nominating petition, and for additional information regarding electronic submission of petitions. Completed nominating petitions may be emailed to robert.fuller@uspto.gov or hand-delivered to one of the locations listed below by 3:00PM on December 15, 2016.
