     Title: 3rd Annual Kickball Kickoff for CFC

Unless otherwise directed, all proceeds will go to benefit FARA (Friedreich's Ataxia Research Alliance).

Come join your fellow Patent and Trademark Office employees for kickball fun!

Number of teams is limited (16) so be sure to turn in your sign-up sheet w/ donation early!

All day tournament (teams guaranteed 3 games) --- Saturday, November 3rd, beginning at 9AM --- at Fort Hunt Park in Alexandria, VA.
Minimum team donation of $100 per team, with all proceeds to benefit the CFC.
Official playing fields, balls, referees, prizes, and DRINKS will be provided by the PTOS.
Be creative with your team name and dress to impress! Additional prizes will be given to the team with the best uniforms!
Fill out a sign-up form* (single players are welcome and will be put on a team) and turn in by COB 10/24 to get in on the tournament!
