May 11, 2022 from 4-5pm ET
Presented by Eli Mazour
Find out from Eli Mazour, a partner at Harrity & Harrity, LLP and the host of the Clause 8 Podcast, about the forces that shape IP policies in Washington, DC. Learn about the history that led us to the current debates about debates about patent policy. Will the current administration undo the changes that were made with regards to the PTAB and standards-essential patent (SEP) policy by the previous administration? What should the IP community expect from future USPTO Director (and Clause 8 guest) Kathi Vidal? What are the current prospects for legislation to “fix” Section 101? Gain strategic insights about the practical steps that patent stakeholders can take in light of these developments.
