Details: The PTOS is hosting a presentation on: The International Trade Commission with Judge Bryan Moore Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 2-3PM ET Bryan Moore is a former PTAB judge (2012-2022) that was appointed to the ITC in 2022. Judge Moore will discuss what the ITC does, how patent cases are tried before the ITC, and the power the ITC has to enforce its rulings. *No other time is authorized for this event* VA CLE credit has been applied for and is currently pending approval.
