PTOS is sponsoring an 8-10 day trip to Italy

WHEN: November 14-21, 2008, OR November 14-23, 2008, depending on trip package choice
WHERE: Rome and Florence, Italy for 8 days OR Rome, Florence, and Venice, Italy for 10 days

Who can go: Sign up is exclusively for PTOS employees and their families until April 25, 2008.  After April 25, participation is open to anyone.

Trip A: Rome and Florence only.  Cost: $1,428
* Travel to Rome and enjoy the sights from Nov 14-19, 2008.
* Travel to Florence and enjoy the sights from Nov 19-21, 2008.
* Limited number of spots left!  Deposit required to guarantee spot.

Trip B: Rome, Florence, and Venice. Cost: $1,678
* Travel to Rome and Florence with the group from November 14-19, 2008.
* Travel to Venice via private motor coach and enjoy the sights from Nov 21-23, 2008
* Limited number of spots left!  Deposit required to guarantee spot.

You must select Trip A or Trip B with the initial deposit.  You may not change the trip you selected after the initial deposit is made.

Accommodations:  Hotel Villa Rosa in Rome; Hotel Corolle in Florence; Hotel Holiday in Venice

Travel:
* Trip A: Dulles to Rome, Italy and Florence, Italy to Dulles via United Airlines
* Trip B: Dulles to Rome, Italy and Venice, Italy to Dulles via United Airlines

Deposit Schedule:
* May 06, 2008, or sooner - $750 (non-refundable for any reason)
* September 01, 2008 - $Final Payment (non-refundable for any reason)

Travel Insurance Policies: Optional for all travelers, Cost is 6% of the chosen trip package

Cancellation Policies: Cancellation policy provided on request

2. US Passport is required for entry into Italy.
