PTOS Wine Tour of Northern Va Saturday June 8th, 2019 from 9:30am-5:00pm Meet at Madison, Dulany St side Cost $60 RSVP by June 3rd Limited to 40 seats Limited to 1 guest Trip includes transportation to and from wine country Boxwood Winery: Private Tour & Tasting Bull Run Winery: Party & Tasting Upon our arrival at Boxwood, we will be lead on a private tour of their facilities where members will learn and observe how wine is transformed from grapes to packaged wine. Boxwood strives to produce Bordeaux style blends that rival the quality of those produced in France. We will depart from Boxwood around 1. Bull Run winery is one of the closest wineries to DC, and is a fantastic time. We have a reservation in their General’s Quarters area where we will have wine delivered to us. They have food trucks on site, but feel free to bring your own lunch, snacks, charcuterie. This PTOS sponsored wine tasting & party will allow members to explore the wines at their leisure.
