PTOS Family Feud Survey

PTOS will be hosting a PTOS Family Feud during the month of February.  Please take a few minutes to answer the survey; since, as you all know, we need people to answer survey questions to get the answers.  The questions are specifically drafted with PTOS and USPTO members in mind.  Additionally, if you would like to be considered as a contestant to play in the live game, let us know at the bottom of the survey.  The date of the contest will be announced at a later date.
